More space was the requirement for this coastal colonial home. Starting as a 1800sq.ft. three bedroom with a galley kitchen, a vaulted rear addition opened the kitchen to the new open concept dining room. A much needed fourth bedroom ensuite with a gable vaulted ceiling was also added to the main floor, bringing the total square footage to 2500sq.ft. A rear patio accessible by french doors from each of these areas provided the client with tranquil pond views.
